You are entitled to return your product within six months from the date of purchase for the full purchase value excluding any tax amount.

We will reimburse you the full purchase amount within 7 days of receiving the device back. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last six months time.
The goods are in the original packaging
The return policy/warranty certificate supplied along with the product with the serial number and the purchase date should be submitted along with the product for refund.
The following goods cannot be returned:
Any physical damage to the device.
The product returned without the warranty /return policy certificate.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return.
Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
